Bakery Production Operator / Karigar
Experience in commercial bakery production, preferably in bread, pav, buns, cakes and other bakery products.
Knowledge of dough preparation, mixing, dividing, moulding, proofing and baking.
Experience in cake batter preparation, mould filling, baking and demoulding is an advantage.
Ability to maintain product quality, weight, texture and consistency.
Able to operate bakery equipment and follow production instructions.
