CRM Executive – Hair Transplant | Telecalling & Lead Conversion
Job Description:
HIT Hair Sciences, Jaipur is hiring CRM Executives for handling and converting hair transplant and hair loss enquiries.
The role involves speaking with potential patients over calls and WhatsApp, understanding their basic concerns, following up regularly, and converting qualified leads into clinic consultation appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries related to hair loss and hair transplant
- Call leads generated through Google, Instagram, Facebook and other marketing channels
- Understand the customer’s basic concern and requirement
- Explain the consultation and clinic appointment process
- Follow up with interested and pending leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert qualified leads into consultation appointments
- Confirm appointments and coordinate with the clinic team
- Update lead status, follow-up date and remarks in CRM
- Reconnect with old and pending leads
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
- Work towards monthly appointment and conversion targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Conversion preferred
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Qualified and polite customer handling
- Healthcare, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Dermatology or Clinic Sales experience will be preferred
Important:
This is a lead conversion and patient coordination role. The candidate will not be responsible for medical diagnosis, treatment advice or clinical decisions.
