MakeMeArtist is looking for a proactive and organised Project Head to manage projects across beauty education, artist collaborations, academy partnerships and online/offline workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects for MakeMeArtist.

• Coordinate online workshops, offline courses and training batches.

• Manage academy partnerships, trainers, artists and external stakeholders.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables and team coordination.

• Work with marketing and admissions teams to drive student enrolments.

• Track project performance, prepare reports and ensure timely execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand business.

Requirements

• Robust project management and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience in education, beauty, training, marketing or operations is preferred.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
