Job Description(JD):

1.⁠ ⁠Cold-call prospects to generate leads for real estate projects

2.⁠ ⁠Follow up on leads & brief real estate projects through WhatsApp, calls & emails

3.⁠ ⁠Brief real estate projects on calls & in person.

4.⁠ ⁠Follow up through calls/WhatsApp/email

5.⁠ ⁠Coordinate & fix meetings/visits

6.⁠ ⁠Understand & conduct customer presentations

7.⁠ ⁠Build long-term business relationships with current and existing customers

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 ( 30k Per Month ) - 9,60,000 /year( 80k Per Month)

Annual CTC breakup:

1.⁠ ⁠Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000( 10K Per Month) - 1,80,000 /year(20K per Month)

2.⁠ ⁠Variable pay: ₹ 2,40,000 ( 20K Per Month)- 6,00,000 /year (50k Per Month)
