About karghamkargham is an Indian menswear brand focused on premium cotton clothing and contemporary ethnic wear. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Telecalling Executive to confirm customer orders, improve order verification, and help reduce cancellations and Return to Origin (RTO) losses.

- Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers who have placed orders on the kargham website to confirm their orders.
- Verify customer names, mobile numbers, complete delivery addresses, and order details.
- Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and verify the customer's willingness to receive the parcel.
- Identify customers who are unsure about their orders and politely resolve their concerns.
- Follow up with customers who do not answer calls and retry according to the company's calling process.
- Update order confirmation status, call remarks, and customer responses accurately in the company's system or tracking sheet.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and customer support teams regarding confirmed, cancelled, or suspicious orders.
- Escalate incorrect addresses, duplicate orders, cancellation requests, and other issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience with kargham.




- Complete daily calling and order confirmation targets set by the company.
- Skills and RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to update spreadsheets or order management systems.
- Ability to handle customer objections patiently and professionally.
- Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with daily targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or e-commerce operations is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of orders called and verified daily.
- Order confirmation rate.
- Accuracy of customer and delivery details.
- Follow-up discipline and call completion.
- Contribution to reducing avoidable cancellations and RTO.
- Customer communication quality and accurate reporting.
- Working ConditionsWork arrangement: Office-based.
- Working hours: As per company policy.
- Weekly off: Sunday.
- Salary: As per experience and company policy.
