Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential clients through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other marketing activities.

2. Client Communication: Communicate professionally with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options.

3. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement and convert leads into successful deals.

4. Property Promotion: Promote available properties through calls, meetings, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
