We are currently looking for manpower for Picker & Packer / Warehouse Associate positions for Blinkit across Cuttack locations. We would appreciate your support in sourcing suitable candidates as per the following requirements:

Position: Picker & Packer / Warehouse Associate

Company: Blinkit

Location: Multiple locations across cuttack

Gender: Male candidates

Age: 18–30 years

Qualification: 10th Pass and above

Experience: Freshers can apply; experienced candidates are also welcome

Job Responsibilities:

- Picking products from designated warehouse shelves according to orders

- Packing products accurately and safely

- Loading and unloading products/materials

- Scanning products using barcode scanners

- Checking products and quantities before packing

- Maintaining proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse

- Following company safety and operational guidelines

- Supporting other warehouse activities as required

Candidate Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of reading English

- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse workplace

- Willing to work in Morning, Day, or Night shifts

- 8 hours of work per day, 6 days a week

- Punctual, hardworking, and willing to work in a team
