Job SummaryPixel Commerce is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain products, follow up with potential customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery-related queries.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on pending orders and improve sales conversion rates.
- Required Skills & QualificationsFluent Hindi and English communication skills are compulsory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.




- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
- Basic computer, smartphone, and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
