Job Location: Althan, Surat, Gujarat

Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate to manage our daily e-commerce business activities. The candidate will handle online orders, stock, returns, sales and other work related to our online selling platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Order Management: Process daily orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Payment Management: Check payments, pending amounts and order settlements.
- Return Management: Handle customer returns, cancellations and return-related issues.
- Stock Management: Maintain stock records and update inventory on all platforms.
- Sales Growth: Work on increasing sales through offers,



promotions and product listings.
- Account Health: Maintain positive account health and follow platform rules.
- Issue Handling: Solve daily problems related to orders, payments, returns and product listings.

Selling Platforms: Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal and Amazon.

Skills Required:

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and manage daily work properly.
- E-commerce experience will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
