Job Title: Tele-Counselor – Online UG/PG Programs (Tamil Mandatory)

Location: Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic tele-counselors fluent in Tamil to counsel students and working professionals on online Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs from top UGC-approved universities like Jain, Manipal, VIT, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads from our database, web enquiries, and campaigns.
- Counsel prospects in Tamil (and English/Hindi if possible) on suitable UG/PG programs, course details, eligibility, fees, and career benefits.
- Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain 2+ hours daily talk time and meet monthly registration and admission targets.
- Accurately update CRM records and follow up with prospects until closure.




- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processing.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), with good English/Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, academic counseling, or BPO calling is an advantage.
- Robust persuasion skills and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
