What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlets.

• Regularly visit outlets and make sure everything is running smoothly.

• Check that our SOPs, hygiene and quality standards are being followed.

• Conduct simple operational and SOP audits and follow up on anything that needs attention.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs — from equipment and electrical issues to plumbing and general upkeep.

• Coordinate with vendors and technicians and make sure issues are closed on time.

• Help plan and manage events and bulk orders, making sure the right food, people and equipment are ready.

• Work with the kitchen and outlet teams to identify problems and find practical solutions.

• Keep simple trackers for audits,



maintenance and other operational requirements.

• Keep management updated on important issues and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on and enjoys being on the ground.

• Organised and good at following things through.

• A good communicator.

• Comfortable working with kitchen and outlet teams.

• Positive at solving everyday problems.

• Detail-oriented without being overly complicated.

• Comfortable with basic Excel / Google Sheets.

• Has some experience in restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens or hospitality.
