About Our CompanyArun Mehndi Art & Classes is a skilled mehndi training institute and beauty services business based in Kandivali West, Mumbai. We offer online and offline professional mehndi courses, bridal mehndi services, workshops, nail art courses and other beauty-related services.

We are looking for a creative, skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing, advertising, content creation and online growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads & Social Media Advertising

- Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for online and offline courses.
- Run WhatsApp enquiry and bridal booking campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions and ROAS.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences and marketing strategies.

2. Google Ads

- Create and manage Google Search and other relevant ad campaigns.
- Generate leads for courses, bridal mehndi bookings and beauty services.
- Perform keyword research, negative keyword management and conversion tracking.
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

3. AI Ads & Creative Production

- Use AI tools to create advertising creatives, promotional images and videos.
- Create attractive offers, ad copies, headlines and marketing content.
- Use AI tools to improve creative production speed and campaign testing.
- Keep brand identity and advertising quality consistent.

4. Video Editing & Reels

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Create course promotion videos, student testimonials and educational content.
- Add captions, transitions, voiceovers, music and suitable effects.




- Edit videos for Meta Ads and Google/YouTube advertising.

5. SEO & Website Management

- Perform keyword research and on-page SEO.
- Optimise website pages for mehndi courses and bridal services.
- Work on local SEO, Google Business Profile and Google Maps visibility.
- Improve website content, landing pages and enquiry conversion rates.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings and website performance.

6. Social Media Management

- Plan and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts, Stories and Reels.
- Maintain a regular content calendar.
- Publish promotional offers, student work, reviews and course updates.
- Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to increase reach and enquiries.

7. Reporting & Business Growth

- Track leads, admissions, bookings and advertising expenses.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Suggest new marketing ideas, AI tools and growth opportunities.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads.
- Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and other relevant platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, WordPress or website builders, and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred QualificationGraduate or diploma in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia or a related field. Candidates with strong practical skills and a good portfolio are welcome.
