Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor, Videographer & Trainer who can handle qualified video production, editing, and practical training for students at Edigital Knowledge Academy.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video shooting, advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and the ability to train students using real-world projects.

- Required Technical SkillsAdobe Premiere Pro: Professional video editing, color correction, transitions, audio editing, and storytelling.
- Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, and creative video compositions.
- CapCut: Advanced reel editing, trending effects, subtitles, and short-form video production.
- Videography: Practical experience in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, framing, lighting, and camera movements.
- Audio & Lighting: Knowledge of microphones, studio lighting, and professional shooting setups.
- Social Media Video Production: Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional ads, and corporate videos.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit professional videos for social media, advertisements, corporate projects, and educational content.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Develop motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
- Maintain high standards of video quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines.

2. Videography & Shooting

- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Handle cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and shooting accessories.
- Conduct client shoots, product shoots, interviews, and corporate video shoots.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality.




- Manage shooting equipment responsibly.

3. Student Training & Mentorship

- Conduct practical training sessions in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Videography.
- Teach camera handling, lighting setups, editing techniques, and video storytelling.
- Assign practical projects and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in creating professional portfolios.
- Maintain training schedules and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Help students prepare for industry-level video editing assignments.

4. Company Process & Reporting

- Follow company SOPs, task management systems, and production workflows.
- Provide daily task updates and project progress reports.
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and final deliverables.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and design teams.
- Implement feedback and revisions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects and student training assignments.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of practical experience in video editing and video shooting.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Hands-on professional camera shooting experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of lighting, audio, camera settings, and composition.
- Ability to teach and explain technical concepts to students.
- Strong creativity, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Portfolio or previous video work samples are mandatory.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital marketing agencies, production houses, or training institutes.
- Experience shooting and editing commercial advertisements and corporate videos.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage.
