Assist in testing and troubleshooting electronic products such as headphones, TWS earbuds, neckbands, speakers and soundbars.

Identify basic electrical/electronic faults in products and components.

Assist technicians in repair, replacement and rework activities.

Handle electronic components, tools and testing equipment safely.

Record repair details, test results and defective components.

Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, components and repaired products.

Support the team in identifying recurring product issues and reporting them to the supervisor.

Follow ESD, safety and workplace guidelines.

Learn and develop practical skills in electronic product servicing and troubleshooting.
