- Visit customer locations for pickup of parcels, documents, or shipments.
- Collect shipments as per the daily schedule.
- Verify shipment details and ensure proper scanning and updating in the system.
- Ensure timely pickup and handover of shipments to the hub.
- Maintain proper records of all pickups.
- Coordinate with customers and the operations team.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and scanning applications.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
