Job Responsibilities:
* Understand client requirements, preferences and budget.
* Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs and interior design proposals.
* Conduct design meetings and present concepts, quotations and material options to clients.
* Handle sales calls, follow up on leads and build strong client relationships.
* Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior design projects.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and meet business conversion goals.
* Coordinate with the execution team for a smooth project handover.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering software.
* Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
* Good knowledge of interior materials, pricing and estimation.
* Ability to independently manage client meetings, close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
