Job Description – Telecaller
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller for BIOFLAMEMAX, a manufacturer of smokeless wood stoves and biomass cooking solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain our products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Manage customer orders and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
