- Experience in conveyor chain manufacturing or a similar engineering industry.
- Knowledge of production planning and manpower handling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and check dimensions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of quality control and machine operations.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
