Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing travel business.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries received through Facebook Ads, WhatsApp and Website.

Call prospective customers and explain our tour packages.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain customer and booking records.

Coordinate with the team regarding advance payments and booking confirmations.

Candidate Requirements:

Freshers may apply; 1 year of Travel & Tourism sales experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

Confidence in telephone sales and customer handling.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹16,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full time, Work from Office.
