*About The Role:*
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive *Personal Assistant cum Business Development Executive* to work directly with the Founder. This is a high-growth role where you will manage founder’s schedule along with driving business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. As Personal Assistant to Founder:*
- Manage calendar, meetings, calls & daily schedule
- Handle emails, follow-ups & client coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations & meeting notes
- Travel & event coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
*2. As Business Development Executive:*
- Generate & qualify leads for digital marketing & creative services
- Pitch AXAMP services to potential clients
- Handle client meetings (online/offline) with Founder
- Prepare proposals, quotations & close deals
- Maintain CRM & follow-up pipeline
- Achieve monthly business targets
*Requirements:*
- Graduate with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and well-organized
- 0-2 years experience in BD, Sales, or as Executive Assistant / PA
- Strong English + Hindi communication
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Email handling
- Can handle pressure & multitask
