We are looking for an Accountant to manage our billing, purchase, and general admin functions.

Record all sales, purchase invoices, credit notes, debit notes, petty cash transactions

Reconcile bank statements and cash book regularly

Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and able to manage all payments using Excel.

Ensure all billing is accurate (correct prices, discounts, taxes)

Follow up on due payments reminders for overdue invoices.

Responsible for GST and TDS file preparation and coordination.
