- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
- Identify and resolve machine problems related to motors, drives, sensors, switches, and control panels.
- Inspect and maintain spindle assemblies, lubrication systems, coolant systems, and tool changers.
- Assist in troubleshooting CNC controller alarms and machine control systems.
- Perform routine machine inspections to identify potential failures.
- Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support machine installation, servicing, and repair activities as required.
