we are hiring fluent *Regional Language Speakers* for a leading Voice Process. Candidate will be handling inbound/outbound calls in their native language.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer queries in Native Language ( Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam etc.)
- Provide resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality and follow process compliance
- Basic data entry and call logging in system
*Requirements:*
- Excellent fluency in Native Language + Average English & Hindi
- Qualification: 10th Pass/ 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Positive communication and listening skills
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts / Day Shift
