Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements shared by the company.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
