- Prepare authentic Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage food ingredients, stock, and kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Cook preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Must maintain cleanliness and discipline.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
