Job Title: Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Executive

Work Mode: On-site (Office)

Location: Surat

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Male Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers over the phone, explain our products and services, address questions, and close deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle incoming inquiries.
- Pitch products/services clearly, handle customer objections, and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong rapport with clients and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling quotas (80–100 calls/day) and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and notes in the CRM / Excel tracker.




- Coordinate with the team leader to improve conversion rates and sales pitch quality.

Requirements & Eligibility

- Gender: Male only
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or BPO (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Languages: Good proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati / English (as required locally)

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills
- Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer and MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure
