Job Description:
- Manage fruits and vegetables sourcing, supply planning, and inventory.
- Identify vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Monitor market prices, control wastage, and manage vendor payments and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of FnV sourcing experience.
- Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, or Agri-tech is mandatory.
- Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
