Job Summary

VOLTZ Tools is looking for a responsible, skilled, and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The candidate will work directly under the Senior Marketplace Growth Manager and take ownership of routine marketplace operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily orders, shipping label processing, invoice generation, and dispatch coordination.
- Handle marketplace claims, reimbursements, customer returns, RTOs, and lost or damaged shipment cases.
- Monitor order processing, cancellations, pending shipments, and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatches and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, returns, reimbursements, and other operational activities.
- Monitor marketplace notifications, account health, policy violations, and performance-related issues.
- Handle seller support cases and follow up until issues are resolved.




- Assist with product listings, catalogue updates, SKU mapping, pricing updates, and inventory corrections.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow established SOPs, meet daily deadlines, and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately without repeated reminders.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace operations.
- Practical knowledge of seller panels, order management, claims, returns, reimbursements, and shipping processes.
- Good Excel skills and experience maintaining operational reports.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be disciplined, reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience handling multiple SKUs and coordinating with warehouse teams will be preferred.

What We Expect:

We are looking for someone who takes complete responsibility for daily marketplace operations, identifies problems proactively, and ensures that pending tasks are followed through to completion. The candidate must be capable of managing routine operational responsibilities independently while supporting the Senior Marketplace Growth Manager.
