## JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT

**Location:** H-28 ARV Park, Noida Sector 63

**Experience:** Fresher

**Qualification:** Graduate

**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

### About the Company

Growthera Ventures Pvt Ltd provides business growth solutions, including funding assistance (Government Schemes, Loans, Grants, Startup Funding and VC Funding), digital services (Digital Marketing, Website Development and Mobile Apps), and compliance services such as GST and ITR Filing.

### Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day financial records, vouchers, invoices and accounting entries.

- Assist in maintaining sales, purchase, expense and payment records.

- Support bank reconciliation and track receipts, payments and outstanding amounts.

- Assist in preparing basic financial statements and periodic reports.

- Maintain organised records of bills, invoices and other financial documents.

- Assist with GST-related documentation and coordinate for GST and ITR filings, as required.





- Use MS Excel and accounting software to update financial records accurately and on time.

- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.

### Eligibility

- Graduate candidates only can apply.

- Freshers are welcome and should be willing to learn accounting processes.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel is preferred.

- Positive attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and a responsible approach to handling financial records.

### Salary

**₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month**, depending on skills and suitability.

### Training

Initial training and guidance will be provided on company processes and reporting requirements.
