- Table Setup & Maintenance: Arrange clean tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
- Clearing & Bussing: Remove used or dirty plates, glasses, and silverware promptly as guests finish courses.
- Kitchen Coordination: Transport soiled dishware to the dishwashing area and help run prepared food or drinks from the kitchen to the correct tables.
- Guest Support: Assist main waiters by refilling water, bringing out bread or sides, and resetting tables quickly for recent diners.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Wipe down tables, chairs, and service stations while following basic food safety guidelines.
