Job Overview

We are looking for result-oriented female sales professionals to join Aakash Institute as an Tele Counsellor in Shivamogga. In this role, you will interact with parents and students, counsel them on appropriate educational programs, and drive admissions for our courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective leads (parents and students) over the phone to explain Aakash Institute's courses and programs.





• Counsel students and guide parents to choose the right academic path.

• Handle lead conversion, query resolution, and drive student enrollments.

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain structured candidate lead data and call records in CRM.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales.

• Domain Background: Must have prior experience in B2C sales (EdTech, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Real Estate, or any consumer sales background).

• Communication: Excellent active listening, pitch framing, and persuasive phone sales skills.
