## Job Description

UniStopix is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Interns** who are eager to learn about business development, client acquisition, digital marketing, and sales strategies.

This is an opportunity to gain practical industry experience, develop qualified communication skills, and contribute to the growth of a growing multi-service business.

**Internship Structure:**

- **First 3 Months:** Unpaid probationary internship with training, learning, and performance evaluation.

- **After 3 Months:** Eligible candidates will transition to a paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹7,000, based on performance and the agreed terms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers who are curious to build their career into sales and marketing.

The candidate should be graduate.

No pursing candidates are allowed.

## Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Generate leads and support client acquisition activities.

- Explain UniStopix services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.





- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Support social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.

- Schedule client meetings and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

- Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.

- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

## Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling sales conversations.

- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work towards targets.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
