We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC machine setting, operation, programming and precision component manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Set up and operate VMC machines, including tooling, fixtures and program loading.
- Perform machine setting and ensure proper tool and workpiece alignment.
- Operate VMC machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Input, modify, adjust and optimize VMC programs for efficient machining.
- Perform 2D programming and troubleshoot program-related issues.
- Conduct in-process inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
- Use micrometers, gauges and other precision measuring instruments for inspection.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Perform routine machine checks and Daily Preventive Maintenance.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports and machine logs.




- Follow production schedules, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong VMC machine setting skills.
- Good knowledge of Milling & Turning processes.
- Hands-on experience in VMC 2D programming.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controls preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
