We already have the voices: founders and a team posting across 11 LinkedIn accounts. What we need now is the person who turns those voices into a distribution engine.

Role: Growth Marketer

Remote (India) | Full-time

What you'll own:

1) Distribution

Scheduling across 11 LinkedIn and 2 Instagram accounts
The content calendar and publishing cadence, end to end
Making sure nothing ships late, broken, or off-brand

2) Content

Writing 35-40 LinkedIn pieces a week across 89 accounts
Adapting hooks, tone, and format to each voice
Turning founder content into distributable pieces at scale

3) Campaigns

WhatsApp and email campaigns, start to finish
Driving cross-account engagement through comments




Tracking what works and cutting what doesn't

You'll fit if you:

Run systems, not one-off posts
Move fast across many accounts without dropping balls
Write clean copy for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email alike
Care about views, replies, and conversions
Take full ownership of outcomes
