Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller /
Customer Representative to join our 2-wheeler showroom. The successful candidate
will handle customer enquiries, schedule showroom visits and test rides, and ensure
a positive customer experience from the rst call through to vehicle delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, online enquiries, and showroom leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
Schedule showroom visits, product demonstrations, and test rides.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, nance approvals,
and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and
outcomes.
Update customer information in the CRM or daily enquiry register.
Coordinate with sales executives to ensure customer leads are handled
promptly.
Invite existing customers for service reminders, exchange offers, events, and
promotions.
Contact customers after delivery to conrm satisfaction and collect feedback.
Respond professionally to customer questions through phone, WhatsApp,
email, or other communication channels.
Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the
showroom manager.




Inform customers about accessories, insurance, extended warranties, and
service packages.
Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, appointment, and lead-conversion
targets.
Prepare daily call reports and update the sales team.
Support showroom events, promotional campaigns, and local marketing
activities.
Maintain a professional and welcoming customer-service experience at all
times.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant telephone manner and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to speak clearly and condently with customers.
Valuable follow-up, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer, CRM, WhatsApp, and email skills.
Ability to work with daily targets.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, automobile sales, or
retail is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary: 18,000 INR- 22,000 INR
