We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter cum Programmer with strong hands-on experience in CNC machine setting, operation and programming. The candidate should be capable of producing precision components as per engineering drawings and maintaining required quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures and program loading.
- Perform machine setting and ensure correct tool offsets and workpiece alignment.
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components as per drawings and specifications.
- Input, modify, adjust and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining.
- Troubleshoot machining and program-related issues.
- Carry out in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Use micrometers, gauges and other precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
- Perform routine machine checks and Daily Preventive Maintenance.
- Maintain production records,



inspection reports and machine logs.
- Follow production targets, quality requirements and workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong CNC machine setting skills.
- Good knowledge of Milling & Turning processes.
- Hands-on experience in CNC 2D programming.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controls preferred.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, teamwork and time management.
