AR CALLER – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
- Experience in Insurance Follow-up / Denials / Rejections
- Physician Billing / Hospital Billing experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of claim status and insurance follow-up
key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims
- Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections
- Verify claim status and payment details
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
