About the Role

We are looking for a proacve and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our

sales team, manage customer communicaon, and ensure smooth order processing. The

ideal candidate will have strong communicaon skills, sales coordinaon experience, and the

ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilies

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for customer inquiries

• Prepare and follow up on quotaons, sales orders, and proposals

• Coordinate with the sales team, logiscs, and other internal departments

• Maintain customer records and update in system

• Track order status and ensure mely delivery

• Provide aer-sales support and resolve customer issues

• Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards

• Support sales campaigns and promoonal acvies

Required Qualificaons

• Bachelors degree in Business, Markeng,



or related field

• 13 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordinaon

• Strong communicaon and customer-handling skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

• Ability to multask, priorize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Aenon to detail and strong organizaonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT hardware sales

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
