We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Business Analyst to lead business analysis initiatives, drive process transformation, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, business process optimization, and delivery governance while managing a team of business analysts across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong Business Analyst experience

Hands-on experience in Core Banking

Positive understanding of banking processes and domain

Business Analysis & Strategy

- Lead business analysis engagements across multiple programs and projects.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable business and technology requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses.
- Drive business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with senior business stakeholders, delivery leaders, and technology teams to define project scope and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Requirements Management

- Define, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review solution designs and validate alignment with business needs.

Delivery & Governance

- Support project planning, risk assessment, change management, and release readiness activities.
- Establish BA best practices, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of requirement-related issues.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Data & Reporting

- Analyze business and operational data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making.
- Drive data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
