Job Summary:

Hiring Civil Site Engineers to independently manage site execution for residential and commercial building projects, including G+7 structures.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily civil construction activities and site execution.

* Ensure work is as per structural/architectural drawings, quality standards and schedule.

* Coordinate contractors, labour, vendors and project team.

* Monitor materials, workmanship, safety and site progress.

* Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements and site measurements.

* Assist with BBS, quantity take-off, estimation and basic billing.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of RCC, footing, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering and finishing.

* Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.

* Basic knowledge of BBS, quantity estimation and MS Excel.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
