The Technical Lead & Senior Developer is responsible for driving the end-to-end technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, React.js/TypeScript, and modern architectures with solid leadership over development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and architectural standards.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and deployment architecture.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Define coding, design, API, security, testing, and development standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Lead development of reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
- Design and review REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Work closely with the Technical PM, architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, performance issues, and architectural challenges.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, ADRs, and technical specifications.




- Ensure implementation follows approved specifications and architecture.
- Participate in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) activities using GitHub Spec Kit.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
