Job Description

We are looking for Senior Sales & Marketing Engineers with strong electrical technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven sales ability.

The role involves extensive interaction with Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, MEP Consultants, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, Procurement Teams, and Industrial Clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for CIKIT's LPS and Earthing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, Contractors, MEP professionals, Project Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Understand client/project requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product/solution demonstrations to clients and consultants.
- Generate enquiries, prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team, and drive them towards order closure.
- Follow up with clients throughout the enquiry and project cycle.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Work closely with Design, Installation, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, enquiry status, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
- Develop the market and CIKIT's customer base within the assigned territory.




- Represent CIKIT at technical seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge of LPS, Earthing, Electrical Safety, and relevant standards.Role & responsibilities

- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Confidence to meet senior professionals and conduct technical presentations.
- Robust field-sales orientation and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Good follow-up, planning, and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Important

This is a field-based technical sales and marketing position. Candidates should be comfortable travelling, meeting clients regularly, conducting technical presentations, and developing business through direct field engagement.
