Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET, Angular, and up-to-date AI technologies, along with proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Application Development
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Expertise in Angular (v16+) with modern UI development practices.
- Experience in building scalable Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

AI (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of practical AI development experience, including:

- Prompt Engineering / Prompt Design.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- AI Automation and workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

Database





- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
- Excellent SQL development skills.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.

Leadership & Management

- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing development teams.
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
- Mentoring developers and conducting technical reviews.
- Stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise web applications.
- Design and implement scalable microservices.
- Drive AI adoption by integrating Prompt Engineering, MCP, RAG, and AI automation into business solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.
- Manage project capacity, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
