Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for LAN/WAN networks, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches to ensure optimal network performance.
- Monitor network activity using various tools such as SNMP traps and log files to identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex network problems that require coordination across multiple systems.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP), VLAN configuration, and QoS policies.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco devices (routers & switches) for LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Experience with network monitoring tools like Solarwinds or Manage Engine.
