Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment plans.
- Identify and address root causes of denials by reviewing medical records and communicating with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-2 years of experience in AR calling or RCM role in a hospital setting.
- Robust understanding of medical billing regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, physicians, and insurance representatives.
