Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing and switching.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools such as Cisco devices and TCP/IP protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated issues that require coordination across multiple departments.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner to ensure knowledge sharing among team members.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Network Engineering or equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN design principles and protocols like TCP/IP.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco devices (routers/switches) for optimal performance.
- Experience with common network services such as DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Energetic Host Configuration Protocol).
