Role overview

As a Lead Engineer - .NET Developer, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies and AWS Cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a greenfield enterprise application development initiative, where you will contribute to the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-native solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in .NET technologies, AWS Cloud services, modern software architecture patterns, and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade front-end applications using Vue.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and modern design principles.
- Participate in greenfield product development, solution architecture, and technical decision-making.
- Build secure, scalable, high-performance REST APIs and Microservices.
- Develop Cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server and Cloud-native data services.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and solution design reviews.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.

Educational Qualifications

- Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- AWS Certification (Associate or Professional level) is a plus

- Developing healthcare, insurance, financial, or other enterprise platforms
- Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience in integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Experience in logging, monitoring, and observability tools
- AWS ECS / EKS (preferred) AWS Step Functions (preferred)
