Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle commercial real estate sales and leasing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, dealing with clients, conducting property site visits, and closing commercial property transactions, including office spaces, retail shops, and investment properties.

- Key Responsibilities Generate leads for commercial property sales and leasing.
- Handle inquiries from property portals, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable commercial properties.
- Promote office spaces, retail spaces, and commercial investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Negotiate rental terms, property prices, and other commercial terms.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful deals.
- Maintain client databases and update lead status regularly.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and transaction closure.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate sales and leasing.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and property portals.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or property consulting is preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred for site visits.
