We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecalling Executive.The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments, following up on pending dues, explaining repayment options, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate call records.A valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory for this role. Candidates without a DRA certificate will not be considered.
