1. Job SummaryB2Z Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality construction, timely project execution, safety compliance, and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and other departments.

1. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
2. Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet deadlines.
3. Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
4. Check structural drawings, architectural drawings, and execution details.
5. Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
6. Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the store and purchase departments.
7. Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), weekly progress reports, and monthly work reports.
8. Coordinate with the QS and Billing team for measurements, quantity verification, and contractor bills.
9. Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company policies.
10. Identify site issues and resolve technical problems in coordination with senior management.
11. Monitor labour productivity,



equipment utilization, and material wastage.
12. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
13. Maintain site records, measurement books, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
14. Ensure construction work follows approved quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.

- 3. Educational QualificationB.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant professional experience in building construction projects.
- 4. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of construction methods and structural drawings.
- Experience in site supervision and project execution.
- Knowledge of quality control, quantity estimation, and construction materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
- 5. Preferred ExperienceExperience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction.
- Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
